The delivery takes place at the cost and risk of the customer. If an article you have ordered is not available after ordering, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If you do not like something, you are welcome to return the items received to us within three days of receipt. Unfortunately we can not take over shipping costs, but the amount paid will be refunded after checking the goods.
Of course you can also bring the items back to us in the shop free of shipping costs.
Items in the sale and other special promotions are excluded from the right of return.

How long does the delivery take?
Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days for priority orders and 3-5 working days for standard delivery.

Of course we also accept the items personally in our shop within three days.
An item in my order is no longer available, what now?
We always try to keep our inventory up to date. Unfortunately, it can happen that products are sold in our shop and the online shop contains even more items.
If an item in your order is therefore no longer available, we will contact you before shipping to find an alternative.
What delivery options are there?
All orders are sent by post. We therefore offer two shipping options:
Standard: 3-5 working days
Priority 1-3 working days
